our award-winning Executive Chef Pavel Sapík and his cooking team have prepared a new degustation and à la Carte menu for the upcoming season. You can find and taste fully new dishes which will pamper your taste buds on spring and early summer days. We highly recommend you to try our Asparagus risotto or Asparagus cream, Veal slices, pan fried Pike Perch or excellent Lamb Chops. Your favorite dishes and signature meals will, of course, stay on the menu.
